Great place with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. During my first stay, the staff even helped me print my boarding pass, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend trying their delicious continental breakfast! I'm coming back for a new year.

No soundproofing from the hallway, leading to disturbances from children in the morning. The internet connection was weak and frequently disconnected. The room lacked a kettle, which needed to be requested separately. Also, bathroom temperatures could be uncomfortably cold.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Palais Garnier and the Louvre. The staff made everything special. they helped with dinner reservations and were genuinely friendly. My Superior room was a decent size for Paris, and I loved that it was cleaned daily. The continental breakfast had plenty of options, and the atmosphere was charming. However, the room lacked a kettle, which needed to be requested separately. There was some noise from the corridor that disturbed my sleep, particularly in the mornings. The internet connection was also weak and had issues disconnecting. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but those aspects could certainly improve.

Consider requesting a kettle ahead of time, as they are not in every room, which enhances your stay.

Had a fab stay! The location couldn’t be better, super close to all the sights. The staff were awesome, super friendly and even helped us with dinner reservations. Breakfast was a treat too, really fresh and tasty. The only thing was the room could get a bit noisy at night with outside sounds, but it was worth it overall.

The room was spacious and came with a comfy bed that felt like a cloud. The complimentary macarons were a delightful surprise! I loved unwinding in the cozy living room and enjoying a movie in their entertainment area. The only minor thing was the breakfast selection could be a tad more varied, but it was still a lovely experience overall! 😊
